Zimba Moves Up The Roster

Kutuba Zimba (SO) has been our team's #6 runner for most of the season. It wasn't until the last 2 races of the season where Zimba began to put complete races together.

At the meet hosted by Vista Grande HS at Villago Park in Casa Grande, AZ, on 10/27/21, Zimba dropped over 2 minutes off his finish and was our boys team's #2 finisher (21:33), finishing ahead of Landen Singleton.

A week later at the AIA Div. III East Sectionals Competition on 11/3/21, Zimba ran his 2nd fastest time of the season with his 21:51 finish. At the end of the season, Zimba moved up the depth chart as our team's #3 runner for the 2021 season.
